The meeting has a special structure, day one being of technical nature with extensive workshops to produce comprehensive information on internal/external funding and the operative management of funds, operative functioning of JMC and JSC, results of calls for proposals and commitment of funds and co-financing structures of projects approved as well as on contracts and on monitoring and reporting of programme components on both sides of EU external border. Day two offers a special forum for bilateral discussions, exchange of experience and sharing views on future programming period for the programmes and the EC services in order to facilitate the future development of financial instruments for the Territorial Cooperation on EU external borders.
