Most programmes will already have started drafting these documents and the aim of the event is to provide guidance on questions arising from this process. An overview of the main issues will be provided in the morning but the focus will be on smaller discussion groups allowing participants to concentrate on detailed requirements. The closing session provides a final opportunity for clarification from the European Commission.

As a repeat, this Seminar addresses primarily representatives of the programmes (European Territorial Cooperation and IPA CBC - integrated) - 2 persons per programme -, BG/FYROM, BG/TR, BG/SRB, HU/SRB, HU/RO, HU/HR, SI/HR, GR/BG, GR/IT, RO/BG, RO/SRB, Adriatic Programme.

Representatives of programmes from other areas of the European Union that could not attend the Brussels Workshop are also welcome.
