Sharing INTERREG experiences
This training and networking session, targeted at programme communication officers, will address following questions:
- How to develop a communication strategy and draft the communication plan?
- How to disseminate information on the programme? On the projects?
- How to guarantee smooth communication flows?
- How to monitor project activities as regards information and publicity measures?
- How to communicate via the media?
- How to evaluate the impact of communication activities?
- Etc
This 2-days event will consist of presentations, discussions, exercises. The overall aim is to agree on common principles, to share existing tools, solutions and good practices and to develop a structured approach to the communication strategy.
