Sharing INTERREG experiences
The programmes to be launched at Romanian national level are the Cross-Border Cooperation Programmes Romania-Bulgaria and Hungary-Romania 2007-2013, the Transnational Cooperation Programme South-East Europe, as well as the four Interregional Cooperation Programmes INTREREG IV C, URBACT 2007-2013, ESPON 2013 and INTERACT II.
This two-day Conference targets the European Territorial Cooperation authorities and bodies (Managing Authorities, Joint Technical Secretariats, National Contact Points), as well as Romanian potential beneficiaries for these programmes.
The Conference objective is to launch the European territorial cooperation programmes in Romania. As the first calls for proposals are expected to be launched by the end of this year and most of the Romanian applicants will participate for the first time in European Territorial Cooperation programmes, it is necessary for them to get accustomed to the principles and rules of the Structural Funds (ERDF) and to the specificities of these projects and programmes. Moreover the Conference will provide an opportunity to meet and discuss future partnerships for potential beneficiaries.
