The advisory service aims at assisting the Lithuanian Ministry of Interior, Regional Development Department in establishing the procedures of project evaluation for INTERREG III A / neighbourhood programmes and projects. The evaluation procedure should be in place for the first call of proposals that will open for the LT-PL-RU programme in May 2005.
The expected outcome will be provided as a description of evaluation procedure for INTERREG / neighbourhood programmes and projects.
