Qualification and Transfer moderated the workshop sessions targeting cross-border programmes as part of the conference "Steps towards territorial cohesion 2007-2013". Discussions focused on issues that are particularly relevant when preparing for the new programmes such as how to identify programme themes and setting up programme structures. Below you find a presentation of the main topics that were covered and in the "Documentation" section you find a guide to the draft regulations that was disseminated at the event.
