The first meeting of this network brought together project officers from all interregional and most transnational programmes across Europe. A main aim of establishing this Network is to share experiences and ideas on programme tasks related to the development and implementation of project activities.

In order to create a common starting point for more in depth networking activities in the future, the first meeting addressed the following topics that are relevant to programmes right now and in the near future: monitoring project implementation, indicator systems, INTERREG IV, project generation and development, and also to some extent project application and assessment.

The indicative time for the next network meeting is March/April 2007.
