The Lead Partner Principle seminar focused on what the introduction of this principle will mean in practice for future cross-border programmes and was targeted at everyone working on the programme level in INTERREG IIIA. It was based on the project life cycle and focused on what role programmes have to play for smooth implementation of the lead partner principle during each phase.

The seminar was held on the two days following the INTERACT-ESPON cross-border cooperation seminar.
