This training and networking session is targeted at programme staff and addresses the following questions amongst others:

• What is a strategic project? And what is a quality project?
• How can programmes support strategic project generation?
• What needs to be considered during strategic project selection and implementation?
• How can we make sure that strategic projects make a long-term difference?

The seminar will include presentations, exchange of experience and group work. Seminar materials cover a wide range of tools, procedures and ideas used in the old period or being developed for the 2007-2013 programmes.
