The EU Programmes for Peace and Reconciliation in Northern Ireland and Ireland - lessons learnt and shared

A seminar to discuss The European Union's Programme for Peace and Reconciliation which has addressed many of the issues that have emerged form the conflict in Northern Ireland and the border counties of Ireland.

Projects from the programme have developed skills and expertise in mediation, conflict resolution and helping deprived and isolated communities. This workshop, organised by DG Regio and the Special EU Programmes Body, will share lessons from the achievements of the PEACE programmes.

We will share good practice and partner organisations from countries outside Northern Ireland and Ireland will discuss how you can transfer the lessons learnt to other circumstances.
