Workshop on Human Resources in Territorial Cooperation Programmes

This workshop will present the main features and challenges in the management of Human Resources in Territorial Cooperation Programmes.

There will be two main objectives for this workshop: Firstly to discuss existing practices and procedures in Human Resources management and secondly to consider the main needs and skills which are needed for an effective management of Territorial Cooperation Programmes. The workshop is targeted to managers from Managing Authorities and heads of JTS and will be in English.
