Workshop on Human Resources in Territorial Cooperation Programmes

This workshop will present the main features and challenges in the management of Human Resources in Territorial Cooperation Programmes will take place in Madrid on 24 and 25 of April 2007.

There will be two main objectives: Firstly to discuss existing practices and procedures in Human Resources management and secondly to consider the main needs and skills which are needed for an effective management of Territorial Cooperation Programmes.
